Use of ACRION services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All digital products are created based on the brief submitted by the client and delivered under a guaranteed SLA (48 h / 24 h Premium). Due to the personalized nature of the service, no refunds apply once the work has started.
The client has the right to the number of revisions included in their package until the product matches the agreed brief. A full refund will only be considered in cases of proven SLA breach or technical impossibility to deliver the project.
ACRION reserves the right to update prices, products, or conditions without prior notice. Misuse, illegal use, or discriminatory use of our services is strictly prohibited.
All work delivered (music, designs, templates, AI-generated assets) is protected under standard copyright. ACRION grants a non-exclusive commercial license for digital use. Full concept redesigns are not included unless purchased separately.
ACRION is not responsible for:
Issues caused by poor client-provided materials
Platform limitations (social media, third-party systems)
Improper use of the final product
Losses or damages beyond the service scope
